Net Banner Ads netbannerads.com, netphrases.com Purchased search phrases for top listing placement that do not appear on any search engines as stated ,Internet

We purchased 3 phrases to start and were told we can change those phrases if they don't produce. We changed a couple times, then were told we can't change more than 1 time.

Their web states show well over 1000 hits/month, and it does send a cookie to us everytimje somebody enters the phrase, but that does not equate to them actually "clicking" on the banner ad and entering our site. While our site shows 3000 hits from Netbannerads, the conversion rate is -0-. Our Google Adwords account all done in-house, produces only 10% of that "click rate", but produces 5% of our sales.

When I enter the phrases, none of them are on top ranking (or even listed on 1st 2 pages) on Google, Yahoo or Bing. The only ads that display are those done in house. I know understand that for the phrase and banner ad to show up, you have to "subscribe" to netbannerads. As a subscriber with over 7000usd invested, none of the ads show up on any PC in house, home or other systems tried.

We just signed on with YellowBook ads and for only 400/month we have our ads running, click in rate and 5 sales registered to that ad group, but still -0- after 5 months and 5000 clicks from Net Banner Ads.

I sent an email and called yesterday to leave a message to call me. They always have in the past, but now no response by phone or mail. While I have learned expensive lessons in the past, this will be a story long remembered whenever we get any call from any internet marketing group.
 
The catch is "entering the search phrase" and having that search ping your site -vs- being a "netbannerad network member" that will actually "see" the banner, click the banner and enter the store site. We are a very specialized product with global sales. Anybody entering the phrase is looking for a very specific item and a click through and conversion will happen as experienced with our inhouse work. Due to time restraints, we had hoped for a company to take some of the load from us and handle it. NetBannerAds.com and NetPhrases.com has missed the mark, but have done very well in the fine print that makes them irresponsible, uh - not responsable for failure to deliver.
