Patrick Cioffi Jr. based on my experience and information readily available on the web has a history of defrauding consumers and not paying vendors, business partners, contractors, or employees. He uses multiple PO Boxes for his various ventures across the US as his business addresses and does not list himself as the owner in an effort to evade prosecution. He has several court cases filed against him. Please search him online to draw your own conclusion; however, the fact remains several complaints with very similar stories. Please add your story to the rest on this site so others don't fall victim to this man.

Response to a Disgruntled Former P/T Employee

Response to RipOff Report (10/14/09):

The 'anonymous' individual who wrote RipOff Report #509126 is a disgruntled former employee of Premier Partners. This part-time employee, who only worked 3 weeks for the company, has written a defamatory and untrue claim about Patrick Cioffi Jr and Premier Partners as a result of being terminated from the company for lack of focus on her job.

Patrick Cioffi Jr and Premier Partners will take the high road in this vicious, slanderous attack and withhold this former employee's name and information.

It is important to note that the lawsuit 'Cases' she lists in her attack are not referencing the correct Patrick Cioffi Jr.

Additionally, the addresses and information she lists are inaccurate. Once again, this was a former employee who worked approximately 20-hours per week, for a total of 3 weeks for Premier Partners. It should also be stated for the record that she was completely paid in full for the hours she worked.
If anyone is interested in ascertaining the true facts of this matter, please do not hesitate to contact Patrick Cioffi Jr. directly at (310) 643-2725 at which time he will offer all facts relating to this matter.

The statements that this disgruntled former employee has made are false.
