I purchased a NEW?? lamp for my HD DLP projector from projectorquest with overnight delivery. It arrived on time. Less than 10 minutes after watching a movie with the NEW??? lamp I heard a loud pop and a loud grinding/whatever noise right after. I pulled the lamp out and found the square lens on front of the lamp assembly had exploded into small parts. One of the parts of the lens destroyed my projectors Color Wheel. I cannot find the Color Wheel anywhere and PROJECTORQUEST will not even attempt to help or take any responsibility. The NEW???? lamp assembly was missing the vent screen and the screws were not the same as the factory lamp assembly.

The first few minutes with the new bulb was great BUT NOW I have a DESTROYED DLP PROJECTOR....
