I bought the product and immediately realized that it was not what the advertisement made it out to be. I requested a refund pretty much immediately. Sebastian came back to me and tried to negotiate a swap for another product that I would find better. I declined and asked for a refund. I got an automated reply through http://usd.swreg.org signed by Sebastian saying that he had refunded me order. The refund did not come through and I tried contacting Sebastian several times to find out what the delay was. Each time I got an automated reply through SWREG saying that a ticket had been issued. A month later my credit card has been debited again for the same product. I believe this guy has criminal tendancies and needs to be stopped.
