VisiNow Inc. John Couch/Tina Meeker Offered targeted web traffic, disappeared after credit card was charged. Houston, Texas

Was initially contacted by Tina Meeker and then referred to John Couch. They offered to send targeted leads to our web store on a pay-as-you-go model.  Prior to payment, I was assured that I would be kept in the loop throughout the process. Both John and Tina were very responsive. After the payment was made, all contact with both ceased. I attempted to verify that anything was done on my behalf and received no responses. I attempted communications with both Tina and John and both ignored my emails. When I spoke with John and his tech on the phone, you could hear children and dogs in the background. I think this is home operation (which isn't always a bad thing) but also not professional.  I was unable to verify that they did what they promised. I'm now attempting to reverse the charges. I hope I am able.
