Wayne Merritt - Affiliatepros I Paid For A Service Where The Company Did NOT Deliver & My Request For A Refund Has Been Continuously Ignored! Wildomar California

I am here because I am extremely frustrated.
In April 2007 I paid $USD120 to Affiliatepros (Wayne Merritt) to help me obtain 8 guaranteed paid signups. The end result was two unpaid signups and it just took too long to even achieve this. I requested a refund because I did not receive what I paid for. For a long time now I have been constantly e-mailing Wayne requesting a refund. Now don't get me wrong, I was very professional and requested the refund in a professional manner. In the end I just got sick of being ignored and decided to vent my frustrations publicly.
The man did not like responding to my e-mails & believe you me, I used every relevant e-mail I could find in order to reach him (Even the e-mail for orders!). Wayne, do you consider yourself to be a professional? How the hell can you run a business if you are not? I tell you what, if a business was tied up with my livelihood then I would do my utmost to keep the company name and reputation clean - Or don't you comprehend that? Do the right thing, stop stalling & stop ignoring my e-mails. Please refund me promptly. This has gone on for way too long.

Hi Matt
The 120 dollar service I believe was for unlimited leads until you received your 8 paid signups. We send an email out every 30 days asking for snapshots of the backoffice so we can bounce them against members "who upgraded" - naturally we do not check-off members who don't because its a paid signup service.
If we do not recieve that snapshot, you order sits for a month till the next month, when you get an email again, asking fora snapshot of your back office members.
And the same applies each month. Its really a simple concept, unlimited leads, you upload or contact through your own email client or autoresponder, you work them, we get a 30 day updated snapshot and we send more leads. no snapshot, no leads, nothing happens.
In those emails we also give a few email address you can send the snapshot too, including a yahoo email account, to ensure we get the information.....
You know my email, send me a snapshot and we can send more leads.

Hi Wayne,
Thank you for your response. It is sad that it took a public notice to get you to respond after my numerous attempts and requests.
I understand the process which you have outlined.
I have sent you snapshots as requested.
However, as stated previously, two unpaid signups is an unsatisfactory result. I have used all the e-mail addresses I could find to contact you. I was not aware that there was a yahoo account otherwise I would have used it along with the others.
In one of the very rare e-mail replies from you (10th Jan 08), you stated "We've had an unreal amount of chargebacks and fraud, so I will work on your 120 if you want it back, give me some time ... unless you want me to work on your URL or another one for you.."
I replied requesting a refund and that I was prepared to give you some time. I requested a specific time frame but you did not reply. In subsequent e-mails I requested a refund and that is when the long line of ignored e-mails began.
Please do the right thing and process a refund within 24 hours.
Let us put closure on this once and for all.
Thanks

Why are you still ignoring my e-mails?
You told me that Paypal shut you down and asked me for an alternative refund method. I asked whether you had any friends, colleagues or family who could refund from their accounts on your behalf. You have not responded. Question: Are you a professional? If so, then please respond to my e-mails. More to the point, please refund me the $USD120.00 as you have agreed to do.
This whole fiasco has gone on for wayyy too long!
I even informed you via e-mail that once I received the refund that I would update this report and conclude this issue on a positive note.
Have you changed e-mail addresses? This Yahoo account that you mentioned previously, I do not have it. I would appreciate a response, not a game of "ignore the e-mail and he will go away".
Respond and refund immediately that is all I ask.

I am writing to advise that Wayne and I will soon arrive to a positive conclusion. Wayne e-mailed me on 25th September 2008 and stated that he will arrange for the refund as promised. Thank you Wayne.
Once I receive payment, I will hopefully come back and write my last report in relation to Affiliatepros and end it on a positive note.
