I sent the package back the day after I received it. I had them sign it, June 24th they received. Took until yesterday for them to get it to accounting for refund, now it can take from 15-30 days more. They said it is a guaranteed refund, but did not say how soon after returning the papers!!!! Alison is a mean, rude person, she told me if I kept calling she would make sure I would not get the refund for a year!!!! Nice person, NOT!!!! I had 2 other people from there call me, when I said I had returned the package for refund, they hung up on me. Just all around rude, obnoxious people....must be something in the water in Phoenix!! They did not care either if I have cancer and they took advantage of me...I will report again if I get a refund....
