Looks like I'm yet another person to file a complaint against this so called "company"! I was ordering a gift basket for my family on FTD.com when I was presented with a "opportunity" to save $15 on my next FTD order. The add said nothing about an outside company -- it was cleverly disguised as something from FTD -- which, as my credit card statement clearly showed, was not the case.

I've since cancelled by subscription (such a hard word to write since I never willingly subscribed to anything having to do with reservationrewards.com!) and am in the process of demanding my money back. If you're ording from FTD online, be aware that they've partnered up with some shady companies!
