    Corporate Advocacy Program

I was drwn in to an affililated marketing program by Sean Kacey and Michael Phillips who tagged teamed me in to thinking there was money to be made by purchasing their companies advertising program.  We got to the point where I was to sign an authorization agreement.

When I told Sean that I didn't want to buy into this, he told me all I had to do was sign the authorization form and he would process the charge-back right away.  I became suspicious and called AMEX, who informed me that signing the authorization form would bind me to the charge.  I called Mr. Kacey back and told him I wouldn't sign the form.  He informed me that it was up to me, but if I didn't sign it, the process would begin and I would be responsible for the charges anyway.

I called AMEX again to get some additional support.  After calling Sean Kacey on my behalf, the representative informed me that he had told the same story to them. I asked if I should sign the authorization form as Sean instructed, and they told me to keep copies of all correspondence. I signed the form and faxed it to Kacey.

AMEX allowed the charge dispite the dispute and explaination.  The three day buyer remorse clause and my complaints to AMEX did not make a difference.  The Authorization Form" is apparently an air-tight contrtact.

I have yet to see a dime and from others that I hear from, I don;t expect to ever.  I can't reach Sean or Michael and they don't call back. I have been scammed out of $20,000.00.  SEAN KACEY lied to me repeatedly.  He conned me into signing that form by convincing me that not to would produce the opposite outcome that I was seeking.

I can't even get information regarding the TV commercials and "banners" that I purchased.  The website hosted at www.6627.tripleIO.com shows some hits, but I haven't seen a penny of revenue.  I am not alone in this situation, there are others that have fallen victim to this scam.  These guys need to be shut down and credit card contract procedures need to be reviewed.  Just because I agree to buy something, it shouldn't mean that I release my rights to satisfaction from the purchase.

If a company sold actual merchandise in this manner, they would be investigated and convicted in a heartbeat.  However, software and services are a difficult thing to evaluate, therefore it invites scammers who prey on the ever increasing financially desperate.
