You spend more time connecting than you do surfing.

I search for internet service providers. 550ACCESS INC said they have a good review with PC WORLD and NEWSWEEK. I'm paying $5.50 monthly. I surf and download just like the normal user does as by there definition at 550ACCESS.

I'm constantly connecting more than I do surfing. I've put an many troubletickets. They tell me it's my telephone line. But yet I have a better connection without the drops with others such as Netzero (only a slower connection here). This rules out not only the phone lines but also computer problems. They do not credit you the money for poor service but also they don't give you more minutes every time this happens.

Is this a true example you get what you paid for? I'm paying for dropped calls.
