My experienced is identical to the one you encountered with Multacom.com. Albert Adhoot DBA Colocation America (www.colacationamerica.com) supposedly lease rack space from Multacom Corporation (www.multacom.com) and the results mirror your complaint.

I signed up with Mr. Albert Ahdoot dba Colocation America, Inc a Multacom Partner or Affiliate. I had no knowledge of Mr. Ahdoot past business practices or who he is. Mr. Ahdoot sounded trustworthy and someone you can do business with.

To my surprised, my hosting experienced has been a totally disaster. Mr. Ahdoot service contract is tailor to protect his interest whereby you as a customer have no recourse.

Between January 27 - 30, 2009 we experienced massive DDoS attacks as we normally do. On 01/30/09 Mr. Ahdoot informed me that he had null routed (turned off server that hosted my website (((Redacted)))
because of the DDoS attacks. On 2/1/09, I asked Mr. Ahdoot how soon can I expect to have site back up and running. Mr Ahdoot then informed he had no idea. At this point I requested contract terminated and that I move site to a new hosting company. This is where my nightmare begun.

Mr. Ahdoot requested that I purchased the server he (Colocation America - www.colocationAmerica) leased me. He also requested that I pay for Febraury 2009 service. Upon fulfilling those requests, Mr. Ahdoot requested that I signed a release "Stating That I Will Not Bad Mouth" his company Colocation America.
In my attempts to retrieve my database (DB), I agreed and signed a release indicating that I signed the release under duress or coercion. Mr. Ahdoot then informed me that the "RELEASE" faxed was not acceptable and I needed to sign one prepare by his Attorney. I refused and my "Database" or "Server" I've since purchased have been confiscated.

I believe Multacom.com Corporation should hold their business partner to higher ethical standards to avoid such incidents. Based on my researched of Mr. Ahdoot past business practices, it appears like his version of events involving disputes are always different from what actual happened.

When dealing or conducting business with Mr. Albert Ahdoot dba Colocation America, Inc. and other businesses, please excerise CAUTION AND CARE as Mr. Ahdoot is not a man of his word.

Colocation America is a register Nevada Corporation with no physical address in Nevada and no transfer agent in the State of California (Los Angeles County) where is primarily conduct business.

This complaint has nothing to do with Multacom for which it comes up when you do a google search on multacom.

Multacom doesn't specialize in ddos protected hosting and to the best of our knowledge stays away from it.

If you or someone else purchased services being housed at Multacom with the intent of hosting targets for ddos attacks then you must of been mis-informed.

ddos protected hosting is very expensive, usually upwards of $5000 month if you want something decent.

What did you pay, what did you get, what were you told you were suppose to get?

Sigelman of Sigelman Law or sigelmanlaw.com testified in court [Los Angeles Superior Court] that he is the Owner/CEO of Colocation America Corporation aka Colocation America, Inc. aka ColocationAmericaUS. He has held the position for more than 8 years.

The Las Vegas Better Business Bureau [BBB] list him as the Business Relations Manager. In his email signature he list himself as the Business Marketing Director. Now he appoints his aliases as the New Marketing Director.
