AndHosting.com Advances.com to andHosting.com Migration a Dud Oconomowoc Wisconsin

As luck would have it, and unknown to us, andHosting.com made a decision to migrate from Advances.com.
While this is not especially significant on the surface, since this is done quite often, it generally is seamless to the client.
But, not in this case.
Ten months ago we contracted with Advances.com to provide a public web server with a dedicated IP address, and a SQL server for our database. Apparently, sometime in the wee hours of the morning of Saturday, September 1st andHosting.com pulled the plug on our dedicated IP and the SQL database. So, far the only thing that has been a response is that there is a new ftp IP. Great! Our web site can not be accessed via this IP, and furthermore, who will pay the bill to have all program files reprogrammed to a new IP (we still don't know what happened to the SQL db). [If you go to the new IP address another company displays..]
Email support: I contacted support via email again this morning at 1:30am EDT. "We will look into this..." came back at 2:04am EDT. There has been no communication since [from them]. Oh! I have sent many emails.
Telephone support: Always busy.
Please, anyone else out there with these problems please share so we can build a strong case.

Out of the thousands of sites migrated a very few had issues which we are addressing on 24/7 basis. Quality of service is important to us and thats why the decision was reached to move the sites. Advances was located in Florida and in harms way and the data center was having continuing environmental issues. In this business the best and fastest way to get support is issue a ticket so that everyone can track it's progress. Yes we are a little behind but each day we address and close more tickets. I apologize for any inconvenience or interruption of service and will work with each client that has had issues to issue credits.

The Ripoff Report that was submitted by a member of staff eluded that there may be some type of legal action pending. This is not the case.
Here is an update. Progress is being made with andHosting.com in that a new (correct) dedicated IP address has been assigned for the account. The HTML part of the client web sites are working just fine. Although, I am told there is still an ongoing problem with the connection to the MSSQL Database. This is currently being worked on for resolution by AENetwork staff and andHosting.com staff.
I persoanlly apologize to andHosting.com for the misinformation stated in the Ripoff Report.
