I have been arguing this matter for 18 month's. I have never agreed to Call alert with my AOL, and they have charged me every single month. AOL is not willing to re-emberse me any monie's are credit my account,they have given me nothing but the run-around with several different number's to call with no human contact. I was so angry when I was told by one of AOL tech supports that they are based out of India and I was not even speaking to someone from this company in the United States, I never spoke to anyone that I personally could understand. NOW they say I owe them, I DON"T THINK SO!!!
