AOL Terminated my account with zero explanation!

After almost 13 Years with AOL they terminated my (paid) account. After many many hours on the phone with no explanation, except "we can't discuss this with you because you no longer have an account with us"

To add insult to injury AOL doesn't except emails, the only way to contact them is through postal mail, unbelievable! They do not except emails or phone calls.
per their advise I have written the letters...with no response.

It has been over 2 months and today I started getting messages from my terminated AOL AIM account thru my telephone. I contacted AOL and was informed, again, that they could not speak with me because I did not have an account with AOL!

As of this minute I am still signed on, but I didn't sign me on and AOL and AOL still says I don't have an account.

AOL has completely held almost 13 years worth of my work contacts, correspondence, family pictures and EVERY email address I have ever had hostage now for over 2 months without explaining to me why this is happening, and now somehow I am signed on...where I have no way to control it.

How can this be legal?

A word to the wise: If you have AOL make sure you copy everything because they can apparently shut you down and cut you off from all of your contacts for no reason.
