At & t Rewards They posted rewards and claimed they were sent ,such as $100 checks, when I never received them. When I called to ask about it,they said my DSL # was the same as someone else's # belonging to someone Internet

AT & T Reward Center promised a $100 check on my site from my acct. #, and a few months went by without receiving it. I was also supposed to get a  $50 gift card. Although the $50 gift card was counted toward my bill, when I use my acct. # to try and view my rewards, it still shows the $100 check as having been mailed and received. I have never received a check from them. When I called and asked about this, they said it was because my DSL # was the same as a man named Tom's phone #. I later talked to a rep who said this was not the case. Nevertheless, I still do not have my own site based on my account number; I will never receive rewards from bundling or receiving new service,which I have done (receive new service). These people are liars, and I think they are filling their pockets with the reward money.
