charter promised a price{quoted to the penny} for their service for a locked in time period. when the bills arrived the cost was $60 more annually than promised. when charter was contacted, they said it was a tax increase{which has NOT occurred}. then they said the {to the penny} price quote was an estimate. even though 2 employees, on 2 different occaisions quoted me the lower price.

if they steal $60 a year from every customer, that is a big profit. just sayin'.
