Clear Wireless Internet Terrible service all around! Everywhere, Washington

Service not as advertised. They say "Unlimited internet" in all their advertising, but it is not. They cap you at a lower usage than any other service I have ever heard of and then slow your service down to slightly faster than dial-up speed (almost unusable).

If you stream any video or do a lot of online gaming or frequently make other big downloads, forget about Clear. Even before you are throttled the service is spotty at best. It is true that on occasion you can get the full advertised download speeds (10+ Mbps), but that is rare and difficult. You average about half that, and like I said, once you hit the transfer limit of only a few gigs they slow you down to a useless crawl.
