Today I received my Qwest phone bill and found charges for Enhanced Telecommunications Services. Billing transactions show for September 2008 SBO ONLINE - SBO Survival Kit. $15.99

I know I did not survey or made any purchases On Line. When I spoke to the ESBI customer representative and tried to find what this service entails, she just said it's different categories etc., never telling me what the service included, she also said, it's possible by just scanning through the Internet and before exiting a site, it would automatically sign you up.

I told her that this is a fraudulent billing and ask to have the charges reversed immediately. She said I would have to pay the bill but ESBI would reverse charges on my next Qwest billing statement. I did get a NAME and CONFIRMATION #... we'll see.
