Hughes Internet Don't have time to use Internet, then purchase Hughes Internet, then you won't have it at all Atlanta Georgia

This scam company took my money a few times. They are the sorriest utility provider I have ever come in contact with. I was charged an install fee of $125 in addition to a start up fee of $99, and then the first mo's charges of around $84. For that I soon realized the internet did not work at all the first day. I wondered what happened as it worked when the tech left. I called Hughes, they said nobody could help me until next wk. I was patient.

Next wk. came. The guy made some adjustments, it worked for a few min.
I kept calling Hughes to complain about this service or non-service. We are talking it worked for less than 15 min. After speaking to various techs in India, one of those in India was quite honest. he explained that it is due to my area only having a 10 min a day usage available. I said you mean to tell me that for $84 i get to use the internet for 10 min per day? He said yes mam. I thanked him for his honesty as this was never explained to me until 3 wks later. Hughes is still billing me almost $500 after taking the initial money as they claim that I broke their so called contract. What contract? Nobody would sign a 10 min. a day usage internet contract? They ignore my calls about this and always say someone will call me back. Yeah, just some collector. Thanks Hughes!!!!! Yall are so special.
