I've been with hughes net (formerly direcway) for several years. I have no other options but dial-up. Wasn't to bad when I first started but has gotten progressivley worse. When I signed up there was no mention of limits. With 2 desktops and a laptop the FAP is hindering my connection constantly. I don't do movies, songs etc. This is just normal updates for windows, security and spyware software updates. I work full time so who in their right mind wants to get up @ 3am to load your crap on the pc. Customer service is a joke. If ever I get the chance I'm history.
