Hughesnet lies about their service. They claim they are faster than dial-up & DSL but they aren't. It took forever for pages to load. I canceled the service and went with DSL and I am so suprised at how much faster it is. I wish I had read the claims on here before I ordered it. I called and complained so many times that they finally sent out a repairman. He told me there was nothing he could do to make it faster, the satelite was out of alignment. Of course when I told Hughesnet that, they told me if I cancel the service I will be charged $340.00. Well, all I can say is good luck getting it. They are a horrible company. Don't get your service from them. Dial-up would be better!
