Ipowerweb.com ripoff is anyone else tired of ipowerweb? Internet

I made a choice 3 years ago to go with ipowerweb for some of my client websites. they were highly touted. after 5 months, I began to move 3 more sites to ipowerweb. it was an absolute nightmare. they had grown so much that all of their employees were 'training' and nobody seemed to know how to do much of anything anymore. my situation took 9 days to resolve, with me finally getting a full refund on the new sites I was moving to their server. someone (newbie) kept deleting and cancelling my sites because 'she' didn't understand that sometimes sites already exist and just want to transfer. so, she would do a quick search, see that the domain was in use and cancel my account. over and over and over and over. I went up the ladder to someone who 'walked the complaint over' to cust svc and billing. they cancelled it again. I got to a higher supv who took it over himself, promising no more problems and the next day my accounts were cancelled again.

now, I'm in another 'p match' with them over a domain that they still control. I prepaid this client for 5 year (I know....my bad) to save them money. but....someone 'over there' caused my extensions to be corrupted. it happened tuesday. this is friday afternoon. I've been in touch with ipowerweb several times each day to no avail. plenty of promises but no follow-through. I was told this morning at 815 that this would be corrected 'within a couple of hours'. well, it's almost 2 in the afternoon. nobody has bothered to flip that switch yet. I've now spoken to 3 tech people and 2 cust svc reps. nothing. nothing done. since I know the last time I spoke with the 'supervisor' and nothing happened, I have little hope.

ipowerweb has focused on growth instead of work. a shame.
