However, I can tell you with confidence that if we did manage to suspend a server and a angry client submitted a ticket, we would get it going right away. Not sure what's going on with maxfrag lately but there's been a alot of talk about scams. I've heard they're going out of business and trying to scam as many customers as they can before they go under.  Buyer beware!!    Ventrilo has already been notified and darkstar who they resell from and are just as shady if not more!

MaxFrag is not going out of business. Far from it. One individual is going around posting the same slanderous comments without giving us a chance to solve his problem. We have yet to receive any information about him. I urge him to contact us so we can solve any dispute he has. If their was a misunderstanding and he is owed a refund, we can certainly do that. We cannot fix this problem if he doesn't let us.

I've looked up several reviews on MaxFrag, and I keep on coming across this same person, saying the same thing, whining about the owner being Canadian. Who gives a flying crap seriously.
