I cancelled my account from netzero.net dial up to Qwest DSL in March 07 and notified netzero at that time. They kept my account as 'back-up' and charged me without telling me there would be a charge. I have called four times and written twice to get my credit back and nothing. they sure want your money, but try to cancel and companies won't let you.
