People Look Up fraudulently billed me for services not requested Internet

I requested an one time reverse phone number search. It was advertised as costing $4.95. I was informed that the information was available and that it could take up to three days to complete. I never received any report; instead, I was told that my order was cancelled and that I would not be billed. Instead of cancelling my payment, this organization initially billed me twice for the service I never received and also billed me $39.73 three times for some service I never requested or even know what it was for. This caused my bank account to be overdrawn. Later, the billing was changed so that I was still charged for $4.95 for the service I never received and which was supposed to be cancelled. I was also still billed $39.73 twice for unknown services which were never requested; thus, this company basically stole $84.41 from me. When I attempted to contact these people to inquire about what happened, it was impossible to speak to anyone.
