Unreal Ripoff.
I signed my 67 year old mother up for Qwest's Price for Life DSL package back in 2008.
The following year, 12 months later, Qwest 'expired' her FOR LIFE program and started to charge MORE. Out of the blue... without EVER even contacting her...just snuck it into her bill...
I guess life in Qwest's world is only 12 months.

It took me a 4-5 months before i realized this and called them. They ADMITTED they made a mistake and chopped her bill in half for a few months till we were 'square', then the chrage went back to the price for life price.
Alls good...

Now, 3 years after i started the service fer her, it been sooo CRAPPY.. ie out for 5, 10 hors at a time almost Every Day now, i called and cancelled Everything.. lan line n DSL, and went to voice over IP with Comcast.

Qwest tells me they are going to charge me $200 for cutting off the service early? Huh?! Its been 3 years!
But nooooo.. not according to their records! Since the messed up on the first 12 months like i had mentioned, their 'system' only shows the price for life starting just under 2 years ago.

BULL#&^%$!
They messed up the first 12 months of her Price for life and now I HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE?
YUP! Thats what they say!

My mom lives on Social Security, so they must think shes an 'easy target' for their GREED.

Id love to sue the PANTS off these CROOKS!
