SBC Yahoo ripoff Kansas Nationwide

I got SBC Yahoo DSL in 2003 for Christmas at an introductry rate for 24.99 a year. November 2003 I resubscribed online one month early for the same rate again. OMG!! What a mistake. I started being billed full price in Dec. because I let the contract lapse. NO WAY! I was early dude.

$39.99. After several associates, finally one worked thru the mess and credited me and all was fixed.
January phone bill came and the charge for dsl was again 39.99.

Called and after sbc AND yahoo both called, it was fixed again and i was to get a credit.

Well Feb...same thing again.. this time the guy at SBC yahoo conned me into upgrading because the problem was the billing code. OK so I upgraded..faster ha..29.95 shuffle is more like it. So this was fixing it for sure.
You guessed it...its July and since the "upgrade, I have been charged 59.99 every month.This month however, it reads..30.00 credit then DSL 59.99 under that it reads 30.00 credit and then 59.99 then 2.48 twice for fees. Total DSL bill this month 64.98. They are arguing that I am reading it wrong...DUH anybody, Does this look like I'm being charged correctly? I hate sbc and yahoo Even sbc is pulling a good one on me. I have basic 24.95 phone sevice. DSL..29.95 8.00 packet for in-line plus called ID and waiting. OK This month my bill was 138.00 How does the math work here. I have all my bills and I am so confused now I dont know how much I owe except when I payed in full by phone last month the gal told me my bal. was zero. This month my bill also says i am overdur 67.00. OMG...Good bye land line and dsl...hello cell phones and ....know any good ISP ? HELP
