No Customer Service
Long Wait times on phone for support
Call Center undermanned
Call Center Staff lacking knowledge of products
Supervisory Staff unavailable
Supervisory Staff fail to follow up as promised.
Technical Support scheduled in excess of OVER 2 weeks response time to outage.
No sense of urgency in response to customer loss of Service
No Company response to numerous emails to staff, support, etc.

This company is taking advantage of limited internet resources in rural areas and are failing to provide technical support and customer service in a timely manner.  If you have other options, this is a company you should stay away from.... P.S.  They do seem to be able to send the bills on time with out problems.  SAD
