Startlogic Billing Fraud Startlogic, IPOWER, IPOWERWEB The have been double and triple billing me Pheonix Arizona

Be ware of Startlogic and Ipower/ Ipower web. They are the same company. I had transferred by web hosting from Ipower to Startlogic ( not knowing they were the same company) because of the double billing and various issues with my website ( namely their servers being hacked and my site going down several times). I had enough and thought I had found the perfect company in Startlogic. However, after transferring my domain to them. I noticed my credit card being charged 2 times by startlogic and by ipower and then I also noticed that after the company name both charged the same numbered company information.

These are the charges and look at the company number it is the same. They keep charging me. I am put on hold by the billing department which never responds and when they do they put you on hold after saying they will verify and put you on hold another 30 minutes hoping you will hang up or the hang up or say they will refund you and are sorry. I have been refunded 2 times and then charged again. I have opened disputes with my credit card company.

Do not give this company your credit card information nor banking info. If you must deal with them pay them cash. Because, they will keep billing you if they can. I wish I could file a higher complaint because they do this on purpose. After this year I will cancel my service with them immediately.
