Time Warner Cable double charging debit card for installation Clarksburg West Virginia

Im new to this area and just got an apartment.
The local cable internet provider is time warner. I called them and arranged to have internet installed.

I was told that I had to prepay the first months billing of 39 dollars plus an installation fee, for a total of 74.49. So I used my visa card.

I just got my bank statment and they double billed me for a total of 149.00 There is NO excuse for this. I did not authorize 149. I authorized 74.49

They took my money in 30 seconds, and now I am expected to wait for 30 days to get the refund?!! BULL CRAP. I will sue for damages if any are occured. And I think they should pay me for the inconveiance of not having access to my funds in my bank account. If any overdrafts have occured because of them, I will sue for them for payment for the overdraft.

This is a SEVERICE, not a "screw you" company. They should never double bill. its not like they charged me 2 months of internet, they charged me 2 months of internet and 2 installation charges..
