VoipDiscount.com dishonestly claims to provide 300 minutes every week in free calls to landlines in many listed countries after which the user pays per minute. There is no real customer service nor dispute resolution but there is bad treatment and rudeness.

My experience is that each week Voipdiscount.com starts charging for calls before I have used my 300 minutes. In fact, they start charging after I have used only 75 minutes of free calls spread over much more than 7 days.

I can testify that VoipDiscount.com do not provide customer support but, when they choose to answer, boldly declare that there is no problem.

I have 3 types of complaints which Voipdiscount.com has failed to resolved:

1. Voipdiscount.com's failure to provide 300 free minutes per week
2. Voipdiscount.com's never investigated calls which have failed for which I have been charged. In essence their reply is "try again"
3. Voipdiscount.com would not return an accidental payment for a further period with them even though period had not started. Voipdiscount.com's automatic top-up system can easily lead to mistaken payments. Voipdiscount does not want to reverse payments.

I have heard and read similar of unethical treatment to other VoipBuster/VoipDiscount customers, including freezing their accounts without explanation. Interesting to note that VoipBuster stopped offering Paypal payments when customers started dispute resolutions to claim their money back. When I wrote VoipDiscount.com stating that I would have to request VISA to get my money back they said that they would freeze my credits and ban me.

VoipDiscount.com one of many front sites created by Betamax GmbH in Germany who possibly were Finarea S.A. before. The sites offer similar deals but vary which countries are in their free list and will remove "free" countries without notice from one site and move them to another. Strange behaviour!
