I accepted a free trial offer for walmart connect internet service. I was not happy with it and cancelled.
They had already billed my credit card for two months service. They refused to refund it, and finally agreed to refund one month's billing.

Two months later, they have unexpectedly billed my credit card again.

This is fraud and intentional billing after I was very plain and emphatic about NOT billing my credit card again.
