On September 22, 2008, we attempted to register a domain name and set up a hosting service with Webserve Canada.

Webserve accepted payment by credit card online.

The domain name we'd requested was declined for registration by CIRA. Despite e-mail, live chat and several telephone messages, NO RESPONSE has been received from Webserve to refund the domain registration fee.

A second domain name was successfully registered with CIRA. Despite numerous attempts to contact Webserve, NO RESPONSE has been provided to offer assistance to associate the new domain with the web hosting service that has been paid for.

Absolutely terrible business. May be completely fraudulent (accepting payment and providing no service at all). Do not do business with Webserve Canada.
