America on Line, AOL Every time I try to pass on info to on terrorism to a news agency in the US like foxnews.com my mail is returned by AOL as not delivered address "unknown"

Almost everytime that I try to pass on information about terrorists and their activities or connections to Known web address's in the USA, like foxnews.com, my E-mail is returned as NOT delivered, address unkown. This even happens when I try to answer that notice, using THE form and address THEY provide!
