Your a VICTIM are you? For what? I am thief and a scammer? Greg tell the truth that being I DID INDEED DO YOUR WORK FOR YOU. Once I sent over my mock up and several e-mails later you kept coming up with reason you could not get back with changes or if it was o.k. to proceed until I received an e-mail from you saying "AH MY PARTNER IS NOT PROCEEDING". I waited forever for a response and when you FINALLY did this is what you said. The only thing my friend I am guilty of is YES I did say I would refund you partial. But than after getting over my pissed off mood I than realized this is bullshit.

What is it with these so call clients? You do the work for them keep in contact with them and boom I am not proceeding, I want my money back. Well sorry it does not work like that. First of all Greg as I told you in two of my e-mails to you written on my invoice I have stated "Deposit is non-refundable upon commencement of work". I even said to you if the shoe was on the other foot you would feel the same way. Lets go about this in a professional and friendly manner and part ways. I didn't hear back from you and than I find this. So how do you feel? Does it make you feel good knowing you lied? Because that is exactly what you did, you lied. What a big man. You and the other liars here on this excuse for a website. Ask any true web designer once work has started on a website or any web work for that matter, deposit will not be refunded. We will not do mocks ups without a deposit. Any contractor of any kind will not start work without a deposit. As this is how we feed our families. Our time is not free. Just like yours. Would you go and work on a job site do the work and than for the supervisor to look at you and say, well thanks bud for your help but after moving that wall we have decided we are not going to do that.

On that note I cannot pay you for the work you have done as plans changed. How would you feel? That is why we ask for a deposit, we may not get paid for it all up front but at least we get compensated for some of or time as labour is not free. It is funny how quick people are to run and write something about you on the web to lay fault or blame. But yet no one will post anything truthful. Like ah yeah he refunded me, every time I tried to reach him he was always there. He worked with me until it met my expectations. NOPE! You sooner lie than tell the truth and like I have said and I will continue saying. I am here, I have gone no where. It is these excuse for a human beings who claim I disappeared. I am no scam artist. There is no warrant out for my arrest. This website is really a site for pissed of people to get revenge. Write any B.S. you want about a person and they will be scarred for life. Even though in a year the person who wrote this won't even remember your name. But all new perspective clients will. Way to go! what a man! As I said the only thing I am guilty for is, I was to fast on my first response to you once I received your e-mail. After taking a breather and calming down I followed the procedure I normally do. Read my invoice it is written there as plain as the nose is on your face. DEPOSIT NON-REFUNDABLE UPON COMMENCEMENT OF WORK!     

     In 2005 I sent you $300 for website work and you did NOTHING, just made excuses until finally I gave up.

 A couple years later I ran into you again on Craigslist, and, seeing I had a chance to follow up with you, I said I had some website work to be done, let me call you. You took the bait and I got your number. We had an interesting conversation. You ADMITTED TO ME OVER THE PHONE THAT YOU SCAMMED ME. You acted very contrite, and said you were "turning over a new leaf." You offered to refund me via PayPal. I assumed you were lying. Why? Because your entire life is a sham..and it's STILL going on. There is no remorse, no cleaning up one's act, and no refunds. Thieves do not refund money they steal.
  As you can see, Andrew has unloaded a massive, highly defensive response to someone who just simply wants their $150 back. Loaded to the brink with BS. There is no "turning over a new leaf" with Andrew. Here it is 5 years later and I see his name come up again and again on various rip off sites.

Andrew, you are a thief thru and thru. I still have the paperwork for my payment to you, and NOTHING to show for it. You better get your typing skills in order, you've got ALOT more long winded angry rebuttals to fill out on these sites, because we are never going to stop reporting you.

I was also taken by Andrew in the same manner.  The kid couldn't even draft me an original letter, he copied and pasted one he had already posted on here.  I am trying to get together a group to hire someone to actually find him.  If you would like in, please let me know

Josh what the hell is going on?? I sent you an e-mail yesterday once I seen your original posting. I am dumb founded. You and I spoke on the phone several times. You know damn well my work is mine. Tell me something when you asked for revisions and my turn around was as fast as it was. Who the hell do you think did the work? Where could I go to get a turn around that fast? It was ME. When we spoke on the phone I have gone into great details with the technical stuff that needs to be done in order for you site to work the way you want to. I cannot believe this, I cannot believe this. I have proven to you, Jean and Mark over and over and over. I have not ripped you off I am here in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Have been all my life. Man! You people make it seem like I am the biggest con artist. Give me a bloody break. I have not ripped anyone off. I have never taken someones money and did nothing. People can say whatever the hell they want to. I have proof of the work I have done for these so call people who claim I haven't. I can post there work. Of coarse they cannot post anything to prove I ripped them off only by them just saying so. People who read these lies will believe it even if I have proof of the work I done. It is sad how people rather believe this bull crap. Like I said before, I would not blame people for being cautious over there money. I have lost so much doing this job. People tell me to just give it up and find something else. But to me that is a quitter and a quitter I am not. I enjoy doing web design. My work is my work. It is original. People can say whatever the hell they want to. I do my own work. How is it when you tell me your ideas I can send a sample over in such a short time. Give you heads a shake people. Josh I have your work. I have not ripped you off. I will now copy and paste the e-mail I sent to you yesterday. Why aren't you responding back to me? Because of your false accusations. Just be a man and fess up and lets get this crap straighten out. You could have you crap the reason you haven't is because Mark was to get back to see if there was anything more he wanted done. If he told me there wasn't than the site would be live. This bull would not be required. I will also be posting the zip files shortly for everyone to see I did indeed do the work. Than we will see who should do what with "an ice pick" I think you said.

So let me get this straight I ripped you off in 2005 using good old Paypal. Here we go again with Paypal. There is no doubt I used Paypal as a means for payments in 2005. There is no doubt I invoiced you through them. But first of all "Lynn", I have no idea who you are, where you are from and what it was that I was suppose to do for you. But for me to go back 5 yrs to show people I did perform work would be next to impossible, as I do not have any of my invoices that go back that far as accounting only requires invoices going back three yrs. So if you "say" you have the paper work well please by all means e-mail everything to me so that I may see it. Who knows maybe it will refresh my memory and I might just have that work I performed for you. My question is "Do you have proof of this so call telephone conversation, where I admit to ripping you off and changing my ways?" Yeah I didn't think so. Maybe because that call never happened. Lynn do you realize we are talking about 5 yrs ago. You keep popping up every now and again with these accusations. Do you have a life? I mean 5 yrs ago, give me a break. That is pathetic. Almost obsessive actually. Maybe because I did work for you requested a deposit before I started. Once I started you may have lost the project and expected me to refund you for the work I had already done. Yeah if that is so that I am guilty as there is no refund on deposit once work has been commenced. So "Lynn" let it go and move on. Holding a grudge that long is not good for your health. You will never ever hear out of my mouth that I agree to once being a thief and am changing my ways. I never took anyones money and just disappeared as I have always been here and fighting my battles as I refuse to back down.

This creep ripped me off as well. I paid him $300 for a web design. He did NOTHING. I called him a 100 times for my money back. He changed his phone, blocked his email account, then proceeded to have my email canceled! I called the VANCOUVER police and they stated they could do nothing. You know how KARMA is Andrew. What goes around comes around. I hope your in jail or very sick in a hospital.

I sure wish I had wad this site and the countless others before sending money to this low life. $300 gone for absolutely nothing except for imperious emails to be used to prosecute this douche for ripping people off. Times up! Accepting money through online wiring is a Federal Offence and the RCMP will be knocking on your door, and you can spend the next few years in federal prison being someone's play toy. I warned you several times, and you chose to continue with your games. I would venture that everyone who has posted on ripoff sites about you would more than be happy to see you behind bars, and on top of that I am sure their are dozens of others who haven't even come forward yet. I hope the 300 was worth it, it certainly was worth it to me to end the carnage you are causing "low life"
