After trying their service for a few days without any luck and multiple lengthy calls to their technical support (joke, no support there), I cancelled the service through their customer service dept(another joke, no service there) after many long waiting periods finally got a cancellation number.

Two months later I am still being billed and their customer service reached after half hours on the phone reply that they cannot do anything as their own system is down! Nothing works in that company! STAY AWAY FROM IT and use their free CD as a frisbee!!
