After having a AOL account from my teen years up until a few months ago, i went to go login to check a ebay order only to find out that i couldn't login!  as annoyed as i was i tried to reset my password, but after so many years, ive forgotten my old pets name -.-... after that i called them up, just to hear them say "sorry we cannot help you any further... (kick and scream was all i wanted to do)

i have been stuck without all my old contacts, phone numbers, important emails and receipts... im outraged, if i could go to HQ and go terminator on them i would!  Is there anyway around this? Ive lost so many years of important things.

Any help regarding any information would be sincerely greatful!

I don't understand why they cancelled you...because you forgot your pet's name, or failed to pay your bill, or maybe violated their terms of service?



Years ago when I had AOL, i found it hard to cancel their service.  :(
