AOL Terminated Service Holding Personal Information Hostage With No Explanation Dulles Virginia

AOL has terminated my accounts and upon contacting them they would provide no information and only told me I could send a letter only to their CAT Dept. They are holding my personl information hostage and will not allow me to retrieve any of my email information that has been saved to AOL. AOL is a junk ISP to start with but the fact that they will not provide any justification is appalling. I have already contacted an attorney and am willing to work with other consumers in a Class Action Law Suite against AOL. As of today I have recieved no response from AOL from the letter that was mailed to them. Obviously they are just another bogus company who do not understand the concept of customer service. My multiple phone conversations with them got me no information nor would they direct me to anyone who would be able to help me resolve this issue. I suggest anyone else out there with this same problem take legal action and file for a Tort Claim for your loss of information. The amount of your claim can be substantial if your attorney is on top of things. My personal oppinion is for anyone who is paying for their service is for you to sign up for a free AOL email account and then sign in as a guest and recieve all AOL has to offer without paying the criminals a dime. Not to mention their software is full of spyware. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with AOL's total lack of customer service and am now on a mission to make sure that this costs them dearly in a financial way.
