Bridgevine - Broadband National Their rebates are a scam. They've scammed many for the same invalid excuse Vero Beach Florida

I ordered COMCAST service through these guys when their name was Broadband National and followed all their instructions to submit the rebate. 2 months later I receive an email saying my rebate was invalid for the following reason:"Unfortunately, we were unable to honor your request for the following reasons: The service provider is showing a different company as Affiliate of Record for your service order; therefore, the order placed through Broadband National is not a valid service order."

This reason is bogus. There was only one order obviously which I placed through them. They are blaming it on Comcast. Doing a search online revealed that they have scammed others with the same excuse.

For whatever reason they changed their name in the past 2 months to BridgeVine!

Do not deal with them and do not trust them. Don't say you weren't warned.

I forgot about this complaint.  After pursuing the company and going back and forth between them and Comcast and many calls, I got a hold of a manager and that person helped me get the rebate.  It took forever and a lot of effort from me.
There might be a problem in the way they have the feedback system set up with Comcast such that they don't receive the proper confirmation.  However, this is the problem of the company not the customers.
Either way, I received the rebate.  Also thanks for the offer Mark.  It is appreciated.
