Why oh why did I not do a search on ripoffreport.com first?? If I did a search here I would have seen what a ripoff this company is. I paid $29.95 for unlimited searches but it does not include unlimited SSN search. I have a balance of $30, and the SSN costs $5/ea. So I can only run 6 of these before I have to pay again. Their so-called unlimited searches are next to useless. Plus the $5 for SSN search is more than the $3.95 I pay at Argus. Oftentimes when I try to run their "free" searches, I get a database error as well. When I ran 1 SSN search, it yielded nothing, on Argus, I had several hits. Searches are not guaranteed, so you still have to pay or it still gets deducted from your balance. Very misleading company, please spread the word on this company. Total waste of money.

often customer emails are responded to within in twelve hours. We encourage any
CIS Nationwide customer with any questions or concerns or issues to contact our

I have investigated
your account and it appears that one of our dedicated customer support staff
has already replenished your Direct Searches Balance from the SSN search you
conducted in which no information was received.

I believe you may have
misunderstood the package you have purchased.

The 'Unlimited' search
option allows for basic people search, basic background, landline phone
searches, and basic search by address as part of our membership.

Unlimited reports may include: Address history, age, date of birth, marital
status, phone number(s), possible relatives and associates, and property
records. Your CIS Nationwide balance gets debited for each Direct Search
conducted.

You may also refer to our video tutorials at any time for more information.

Please also note that our billing structure is clearly disclosed in our Terms
