Have not been able to use my cs screenname for over four years.(Except when I use my old computer. That computer no longer has my CompuServe information). Every time I call CompuServe I get somebody from India and then a long process only to find out in the end that I needed my credit card number that I used to open my CompuServe account. A number I used eight years ago.
