Purchased a computer in November of 99 and sent in all the paper work required for a $400 rebate. They started charging my credit card but no rebate. I have called them and even e-mailed them about the $400. I always get back the same answer, "We can not find you in our system. We have no record of your rebate.", yet they bill my card every month. Its now March and I have signed up with someone else. No $400 and a fight with my credit card company to stop the billing which keeps going on. BEWARE OF THIS RIP OFF COMPUTER SERVICE AND THEIR PROMISES>
