In January of 2009 I recieved my phone bill and there was an addidional charge for unitedtel.com. I called the number which was provided and talked to a costomer service represenative. The Rep was courtious and told me that she would cancell the service and credit my account. I thought it was over but when I recieved my feburary telephone bill the charge was still there and no credit was given for the first mistake.

After talking again with three different customer service reps I finally got a person who understood the problem. he said that the company was going to credit me for the mistakes , however he warned me that this constitutes fraud and that someone will be investigating this issue( like I am supposed to worrry or something) I would love this issue to be investigated. If this company can do this to me, what about all the other people who have not yet realized that they are getting scamed.
