This has to be the worst company I've ever dealt with. I bought an account off their website recently and was guaranteed it would be delivered in no more than 48 hours. After 3 days, and still no account, I started using their "Live Chat" from the site. That's a load of crap, all they do is refer you to their email, no matter what. I followed procedure and started emailing them, every response I received was the same, wait 24 hours.

That got old so I asked for a refund instead of the account, but I still haven't received a response to that. I would strongly advise anyone thinking about purchasing an account/gold/power leveling to steer very clear of this company. DO NOT USE GAMEPAL they're a ripoff and a scam

So I picked a new char, and tried again with the gift certificate code....2 days later I receive this same message again....horrible

Resolved Case - Order Was Delivered

Unfortunately, we didn't see this post until recently. After researching, we could only find one order that had a $600 gift code during this time frame which appears to have been resolved as you did use the gift code a 3rd time. Note that during this time, you could have requested a refund if you didn't like the gift code. I will also note that your payment was for $390 so we provided you a $210 bonus at no charge with your order. As a result, this order was delivered and this issue is resolved.
