Godaddy.com bob parsons promised to suspend my account while i was in hospital Internet

opened and account with godaddy.  At first a basic account they called me in a couple of weeks and asked me why i wasnt using it i told them i was extremly ill at the time she suggested that I buy these other things and that would make it easier.  I wasnt sure she told me they would suspend my account if i wasnt able to use it till i got out the hospital.  When i got out they said they would not honor that arrangment.  As a veteran her concern was not my health or finances it was to upgrade me.  They and I
 have a record of the call.  I wasnt even asking for a refund the company has no honor all  for me or for veterans as a whole u would not believe the conversation with this girl you could tell she could not have been less interested
