Home Assure Company is very deceptive. Money Return promise Liar Never signed paperwork but they cash copy of Check provided at their request Internet

Hello: We have searched through every file that we have. We have never done any business with a "TANK" in the whole United States, let alone in Houston, Texas. This is a ficticious entry done by our competition (You know who you are!) We pride ourselves in helping our clients save their homes, unlike our competition who just claim to do so. So therefore, they feel compelled to slander and defame our good name because theirs are so tarnished. In no transaction EVER have we required a copy of someones Social Security card. So to "TANK" if you would like to prove to everyone that this Ripoff Report is true, please post a copy of your contract, or give these readers a link to a website where they can view that this claim is legitimate. We can assume that we are not going to have to touch upon this issue again!

On Aug 30, 2007, we spoke of your services of saving my home. At that time you requested I send you copies of all lawyers’ legal notifications of intend to foreclose, all collections notices, along with the account number of my mortgage company. You also requested and received copies of my: 1) driver license, 2) social security card, and 3) a copy of my check dated 08/30/07, which was made out to Home Assure for $500.00. This check was to be applied toward your services, if I decided on obtaining your company with saving my home.

As of today 09/06/07, I request that effective immediately that all above documents to be discarded and the check for $500.00 to be voided. Having not signed or returned any authorization forms, nor having a documented working agreement between us, I believe I am entitled to the refund of $500.00, that was presented to my bank on 09/05/07. The Forbearance agreement with my mortgage company expired on 09/05/07.

As of the date of this claim we never had a single client in McKinley, TX. This post is absolutely bogus. Ya well I have been taken by Home Assure also. Seems anyone that isnt happy disappears from thier database. EVERYONE NEEDS TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE CALIFORNIA, NEW YORK, AND FLORIDA ATTRORNEY GENERALS OFFICE if they are taken by this company. You need to make copies of everything. EVEN emails.
