Hughes Net 30 day money-back guarentee.. Where is my money back? Fresno, Internet

    I was got Hughesnet at the beginning of Jan of 2011. I was told that there was a 30 day money back guarantee if i no longer wanted the service. The service i got was horrible! I could barely look at my website to do my online class. It rarely ever worked and when it did it was worse than dial-up.  It would take 15 mins (IF I WAS LUCKY) to load a single page. We called and let them know and they said it will need 24 hours to get back to "high speed". We waited and still we could barely use it, i was so frustrated that i would just wait to go to town to use the internet.

   Before the 30 days were up i called to cancel it. The guy in India just gave me the run around. I spoke with "supervisor". I told them about my 30 day money back and they claim there is no such thing. I talked to 2 different people when i signed up and all of them confirmed my money back. They still refuse to give me my money back.

   I haven't even gotten my money back for the first and only month i used it. I should have gotten back part of the first month considering i canceled it before the month was up. I have reported them to the ftc, but they cant really do anything until multiple people have reported them.

   They even wanted me to pay to have someone come and remove their equipment! They have horrible customer service and refuse to help you at all! I just want my money back, like i was guaranteed!
