I called on July 25th to ask why I had been charged again when I canceled my account. Eddie said he had no record my account had been canceled earlier but he would cancel it now. I asked if I would get my $21.95 put back in my account. He said only if I could prove I had canceled it. (Remember-This is the SAME day they took the money out.)

I went back through my "sent" e-mails and re-sent the one that I "thought" was going to them to cancel. No- it turns out that is an "affiliate" and I did not really cancel with Inetgiant. I said, OK. If that is the case, then what about the $21.95 you just took out on the 25th of July. Can I get that back, since it was for a month in advance? Eddie's response was, "No, you have to cancel two days before billing."

There are good business people and there are bad business people. Eddie got a total of $43.90 out of me for absolutely nothing. I would have been willing to meet half-way and just get back the July 25th charge. Any decent business person would have done that. But why should he? He is doing this repeatedly and getting away with it. Multiply what he did to me by 100 or 1000 and "Fast Eddie" is making a fortune at our expense.
