Integretel, Inc., Faq900.com ripoff--$40 charge on phone bill for 900 number from phony website Internet

I received a $40 charge on my phone bill from Integretel, Inc. claiming that I had gone to a website called Faq900.com. and somehow dialed a 900 number.

I am the only one who has access to the Internet via a commercial Internet provider in the household and no unsupervised usage is permitted. I also know that no one physically dialed the 900 number because our phone is used primarily for the Internet and personal calls are made on cell phones.

I did some research on Integretel, Inc. and saw that the exact same thing happened to someone else! I mean the exact same time, 2 minutes, and the same charge of $40. It is highly suspicious!
