Jajah, INc Jajah takes your money without providing service Internet

I registered for jajah sometime in 2008. In order to try their service, Jajah asked to deposit at least $10 in order to try. I deposited, but couldn't make any calls. I sent a message to their customer service and they promised to fix the problem, though didn't provide any ETA. After a year nothing was changed, I still couldn't make calls. Recently, I remembered about this and logged in to see if I can finally try Jajah service, only to find out that they took my $10 without providing any service and the balance is now 0. Pretty disappointing experience! To exclude the possibility of mistake, I attempted to contact them again to see if they can make appropriate adjustment to the balance. This time they didn't even reply. I just wanted to post this so that other people could avoid having the same experience. Luckily, there is plenty of better alternatives, e.g. Skype or Google Voice.
